Get a Training Proposal →5S fails for one reason: it is treated as a cleaning programme. Factories run a 5S event, clean up the floor, take photographs, and three months later everything looks exactly as it did before. This program builds 5S as a management system — not an event. Participants learn all five pillars correctly, design a workable audit system for their facility, and most importantly, understand the management routines that make 5S self-sustaining. Hands-on red-tagging and zone assignment exercises happen on the actual factory floor.

No. 5S applies to warehouses, offices, maintenance workshops, laboratories, and service areas. The principles are the same — only the application changes. Training content is adjusted to the participant's environment.
Visible results appear within 2–4 weeks when the zone ownership and audit system are implemented immediately. Sustained results require the management routines covered in Module 5 — typically embedded over 60–90 days.
Yes — this is the most common combination. 5S as Day 1, Kaizen as Day 2. Both are HRDC claimable and the combination is cost-effective under a single grant application.
A brief pre-training briefing is recommended to select pilot areas for the hands-on exercises. The trainer will advise on preparation during the pre-training call, typically 1–2 weeks before delivery.
