No. The framework scales to factories of any size. SMEs benefit especially because even small OEE improvements directly impact profitability. The program examples include both MNC and SME contexts.
No prior knowledge required. The program starts from first principles and builds to advanced loss analysis. Participants with existing OEE programmes often discover their current measurement system has design flaws.
Yes — OEE and TPM are natural companions. Many clients run a combined 3-day programme (2 days OEE + 1 day TPM Pillar overview). Ask about the combined programme when enquiring.
