What This Programme Covers

Running Kaizen events is easy. Making Kaizen stick is hard. Most Malaysian factories have tried Kaizen — they've held events, filled out forms, and generated improvement ideas that quietly faded away three months later. This program addresses the system failure, not just the tools. Participants learn to run structured Kaizen events using the Certified Process Kaizen Engineer methodology, build the management routines that sustain gains, and develop shop-floor improvement habits that don't rely on periodic events to survive.

Before You Book

The Certified Process Kaizen Engineer methodology — developed by Efeso Consulting in Milan — focuses on process-level Kaizen rather than event-level theatre. The program specifically addresses the governance and management system gaps that cause most Kaizen programs to fail.

Yes. Kaizen principles apply to any process. The training uses manufacturing examples by default but can be adapted for logistics, services, or healthcare contexts.

Standard work and leader standard work are the answer — and this program covers both. Gains revert when the management system doesn't change alongside the production process. We build both.

Yes — 5S is often delivered as Day 1, Kaizen as Day 2, producing a coherent 2-day programme. Many clients find this the most cost-effective HRDC claim structure.
