On 7 September 2026 I delivered a 5S session at SD Guthrie Langat Refinery.

How I frame 5S

I don't treat 5S as housekeeping. Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise and Sustain give a team a shared, visible standard for how their workplace should look and how it stays that way. When the standard is visible, problems surface early instead of hiding in clutter, and that is where improvement actually starts.
